Booking Policy
• Deposit
-Reservations for all treatments and services, including consultations, require an advance payment of £100 at the time of booking
-You have 24 hours to pay the deposit otherwise your booking will be cancelled
- If you make a booking and fail to pay the required deposit once, you won't be able to book any appointments with me in the future!
- The deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost
- For treatments exceeding £300, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
- Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances,
so please think carefully before making your booking
- If you with to reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, the deposit will not be refundable

• Arrival Time
- Please arrive on time. I reserve the right to decline the treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, and your deposit will be forfeited
- Let's respect each other's time
• I kindly request that you come to your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face.
If you arrive with a makeup, there will be an additional charge of £10 added to your booking
Policy Rules

- These rules are non-negotiable and apply to all clients
- Booking an appointment signifies your agreement with this policy
- You're allowed to change your booking time or date only once
- If you fail to attend or don't inform me 72 hours before your appointment, and you have a treatment package, one treatment will be deducted from the package due to your absence
